HOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS

Thank you for choosing Piero Beach Resort for your stay. To ensure your comfort and safety, please take a moment to review the following rules and regulations.
Guest Registration
1. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, THE PERSON WHO MADE THE BOOKING, or their DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE, must complete the registration process upon check-in. For everyone’s safety and comfort, management strictly enforces the maximum guest capacity per room.
Cashless Policy
2. The resort observes a cashless policy. Please ensure you have your preferred digital or online payment method ready for all transactions.
Check-in Procedures
3. Upon arrival, a Front Office agent will assist you with the registration process, which includes completing the Guest Registration Form and acknowledging the House Rules and Regulations. After registration, a member of the Housekeeping Department will inspect all items in the room, including bedding, linens, and appliances, using an itemized checklist. This checklist must be reviewed and signed by the guest.
Check-out Information
4. All rooms must be vacated by 12:00 NN on the day of departure. For late check-outs, please contact the Front Desk in advance. Approval is subject to room availability and may incur an additional charge of ₱500.00 per hour, per room.
Quiet Hours
5. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, we kindly ask all guests to minimize noise to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
Important Notices:
- For your safety and in compliance with Barangay regulations, beach swimming and shoreline activities are permitted only until 6:00 PM. Guests are expected to strictly follow this policy.
- Dining and night viewing in our Front Beach Dining Area are allowed until 10:00 PM only. After 10:00 PM, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.
Corkage fee
Smoking Policy
6. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all resort facilities. For your convenience, designated smoking areas are provided. Please ensure cigarette butts are disposed of properly. A penalty of PHP 10,000.00 will be charged to any guest found smoking outside the designated areas.
Internet Access
7. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in selected areas only. Please inquire at the Front Desk for coverage locations.
Salty Water Notice
8. Due to the resort’s beachfront location, some of the water supplied to the rooms may be slightly salty. For your convenience, 1 gallon of fresh water is provided per room for essential washing needs, particularly when saltwater may not be suitable.
Prohibited Items
9. The possession or use of explosives, flammable materials, weapons, or any other hazardous items is strictly prohibited within the resort premises. Page 2/2
Restaurant Hours
10. Breakfast: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM, Lunch: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Dinner: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM Note: Last orders will be accepted until 9:00 PM
Additional Information:
All food orders from the restaurant are subject to a 10% service charge, based on the total bill per transaction.
Cancellation Policy
11. ONE-TIME Rebooking is allowed free of charge if requested at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. Second rebooking request will be considered a cancellation, and the initial payment will be automatically forfeited
– 30 days prior the arrival date – 70%
– 15 days prior the arrival date – 50%
11.1 In cases where a guest’s stay is canceled due to misbehavior or violation of the Resort’s House Rules and Regulations, management reserves the right to charge the full amount for the entire length of the reservation.
11.2. Piero Beach Resort reserves the right to cancel or postpone the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, scheduled maintenance/repair work, etc., as may be applicable.
Medical Assistance
12. In case of injury, management is not responsible for any medical expenses or emergency care incurred by the guest. A first aid kit is available at the Front Desk for minor medical needs
12.1 Please be advised that there are no nearby clinics or hospitals in the area, Additional Amenities
13. Extra beds, mattresses, pillows, and blankets are available for rent. Some items may require a refundable deposit, which will be returned upon item return.
13.1 Corkage fees may apply. Please inquire at the Front Desk for more information.
13.2 An extra person charge of ₱1,300 applies. Note: Children 7 years old and below are free of charge, while those above 8 years old and above are considered adults.
Pet Policy
14. Pets are welcome at the villa! Guests may bring up to two (2) pets per villa.
14.1 Bringing more than two pets will incur an additional charge of ₱250.00 per pet, per night.
14.2 Guests are required to bring cages to prevent pets from sleeping on the beds. Any damages or soiling caused by pets will be the guest’s responsibility
14.3 Please note that there is no nearby veterinary clinic, and the resort does not provide pet medications.
14.4 Violation of these rules may result in additional charges

15. Management is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings, or for any injury or fatality resulting from guest negligence during your stay.
