Booking Terms and Condition

Thank you for choosing Piero Beach Resort for your stay. To ensure your comfort and safety, please take a moment to review the following booking terms and conditions.
- Arrival and Departure: Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and standard check-out time is 12:00 NN.
- All payments made under this reservation are NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-TRANSFERABLE.
- Upon Check-In, we kindly request a security deposit amounting to 2,000 which is refundable upon check out.
- ONE-TIME Rebooking is allowed free of charge if requested at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. Second rebooking request will be considered a cancellation, and the initial payment will be automatically forfeited
– 30 days prior the arrival date – 70%
– 15 days prior the arrival date – 50% - Guest/s who do not arrive within the expected Arrival Date will be considered a NO SHOW, and the reservation will automatically be forfeited.
- Piero Beach Resort is a CASHLESS property. All transactions must be settled through digital or online payment.
- Piero Beach Resort reserves the right to cancel or postpone the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, scheduled maintenance/repair work, etc., as may be applicable.
Important Reminders:
Maintenance
Please be advised that certain areas of the resort may be under maintenance or construction during your stay. We aim to minimize any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience. No refunds will be issued for minor disturbances caused by essential maintenance work.
Salty Water
Due to the resort’s beachfront location, some water flowing into the rooms may be salty. For your convenience, the management provides 1 gallon of fresh water per room to use for essential washing needs, especially when saltwater may not be suitable.
Beach Area
For your safety and in accordance with Barangay Regulations, Beach swimming and shoreline activities are strictly allowed only until 6:00PM. Guest are requested to always follow this policy.
Corkage fee
- No corkage fee applies to non-alcoholic beverages, fish, meat, and other outside food items, except during events (for events, IMPROVISED set up corkage fees may apply)
1.1 Cooking request, borrowing of kitchen utensils, and purchase errands are not permitted.
1.2 Guest/s are advised to bring their own griller, kitchen utensils, and dinnerware.
1.3 Rooms are not equipped with electric kettle or refrigerators; However, guest/s may request to store their food in the resort’s refrigerator, please ensure all items are properly sealed and contained.
